Applications that access user data must provide a way for users to request deletion of their data. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from our systems in compliance with platform policies (including Meta/Facebook, where applicable) and privacy regulations.
1. Your Data Rights
Depending on applicable law and platform policies, you may have the right to:
- •Request deletion of your personal information
- •Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- •Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- •Opt out of marketing communications
2. Important Note About Data Processed on Behalf of Business Customers
If your data was collected or processed through a clinic, dental practice, or another Agentlyx business customer, Agentlyx AI LLC may act as a Data Processor (or equivalent role under applicable law) for that data.
In those cases, we may:
- •forward your request to the relevant business customer (who may act as the Data Controller), and/or
- •coordinate the response with that customer,
in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please email:

Please include, where possible:
- •Full name
- •Phone number
- •Email address used with our services
- •Description of your request
- •Name of the clinic/business you interacted with (if applicable)
4. Identity Verification Process
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may require identity verification, such as:
- •confirmation from the registered email address;
- •a verification code sent to your registered email and/or phone number;
- •additional reasonable information needed to validate your request.
We may begin processing your request after verification is completed.
5. Response and Processing Time
- •Initial response: within a reasonable time and generally within 30 days
- •Deletion completion: within a reasonable time depending on the type of request, identity verification, legal obligations, technical constraints, and/or the need to coordinate with a business customer
Where required, we will inform you if additional time is needed.
6. What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on the type of relationship (direct Agentlyx user or end user interacting through an Agentlyx business customer), deletion may include:
- •Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- •Appointment and booking history
- •Interaction records and preferences
- •Communication records and assistant transcripts
- •Certain usage and account-related data
7. Data Retention Exceptions
Some data may be retained when necessary for:
- •legal or regulatory compliance;
- •ongoing legal claims or proceedings;
- •fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or security purposes;
- •accounting, audit, or evidentiary obligations;
- •backup retention cycles (until normal overwrite/deletion).
Where applicable, retained data will be restricted and/or anonymized.

9. Important Notice
Once your data deletion request is completed, certain data may not be recoverable. If you wish to use our services again (or services provided through one of our business customers), you may need to register again or provide your information again.
